Event Description: El Segundo PTA 18th Annual Run for Education will be held on Saturday, March 27, 2010. This 5K Run/Walk will start at 8:00 am in front of the El Segundo High School at 640 Main Street, El Segundo, CA 90245. The Kids' Fun Run for 5th graders and younger will start at 9:15 am. The Run serves as a centerpiece for the El Segundo school districts Wellness policy while providing an excellent opportunity to promote multi-generational health and fitness throughout our community. The event is the PTA's major fundraiser each year, providing extra funding for El Segundo's public schools.
